BENEFIT CLAIMS
Physio Assistant services booked with Fiona O’Hara such as PEMF Therapy & Red Light Therapy are covered under your benefit plans under Physiotherapy. Only after your assessment has been completed with our team member and Physiotherapist, Leigh DeGroot. When booking please add in the notes that you are referred by vibefit.
Holistic Nutrition services are covered under some healthcare benefits plans as “Nutritional Counselling”by Registered Holistic Nutritionists (RHN’s).
“Flex Plans” also allow members to use their funds for health services such as nutritional counselling.

If you do not have coverage, you may communicate your request for this service to your employer. A letter from Carley will be provided to you for your HR department upon request. Often, adding the service of a Registered Nutritionist to an existing policy is accepted with a referral from your doctor.
