I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place! Fiona (the owner) is SUPER passionate about her clients’ overall well-being, her products and her own fitness regime. You will, more often than not, see her sweating it out alongside her clients. She’s a great motivator, role model and health/fitness expert. The “vibe” at this studio is amazing and each client can surely admit to achieving soooo many health benefits, each unique to their personal goals.
