1 Hour Reflexology Session - $100
Reflexology is an ancient healing practice rooted in the belief that specific points on the feet correspond to different organs, systems, and energetic pathways throughout the body. By applying intentional pressure to these reflex points, reflexology stimulates the body’s natural healing processes, helping to restore balance and promote overall well-being.
This gentle yet powerful therapy works primarily through the nervous system, activating the parasympathetic response, your body’s natural "rest and restore" state. As the body shifts out of stress mode, it begins to release tension, improve circulation, and bring internal systems back into harmony. Many clients experience a deep sense of relaxation and a renewed connection to their physical and energetic bodies.
During each session, I work not only with the physical reflex points but also intuitively, tuning into the messages your body is holding. As I move through the feet, I’m able to sense imbalances and energetic blockages, receiving subtle guidance around what your body, mind, or soul may need. This deeper connection allows the session to become both physical and energetic—supporting your healing on multiple levels.
