Fiona O'Hara- Founder
VibeFIT Wellness was founded by owner Fiona O’Hara, whose passion for fitness, health, sports, and human performance has driven her mission to help others heal and thrive for over 12 years. As an international PEMF educator and sales representative for medical-grade PEMF technology, Fiona has worked with practitioners and clients across North America, educating on the powerful role frequency, light, and nervous system regulation play in overall health and recovery.
Her approach combines scientifically supported technology, photobiomodulation (red light therapy), frequency-based therapies, whole body vibration, mindset work, and nervous system regulation to help guide the body back into homeostasis the state where true healing can occur. Fiona believes the body is always working for you, not against you, and focuses on creating the right internal environment for healing, recovery, and resilience.
As a Physiotherapist Assistant, Fiona provides care focused on the musculoskeletal system, helping clients reduce pain, accelerate injury recovery, improve mobility, and support chronic inflammation and nervous system dysregulation. She has extensive experience working with athletes, chronic pain conditions, post-concussion recovery, and individuals seeking a deeper understanding of their health.
Through her one-on-one Root Cause Resolution Coaching, Fiona works closely with clients to identify the underlying biological, emotional, and nervous system responses connected to their symptoms and health challenges. By understanding these deeper patterns and connections, she helps clients shift both their physical and emotional states, empowering the body to heal from within. Her approach goes beyond symptom management, guiding individuals toward lasting recovery, balance, and long-term well-being.
