Laura Cowal is a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Music Therapist whose work bridges neurobiology, somatic awareness, and therapeutic sound to support the body’s natural movement toward healing and homeostasis.

With a deep understanding of how emotional experiences are held within the nervous system and body, Laura’s approach focuses on creating the conditions for regulation, coherence, and internal safety—allowing the system to shift out of stress-based patterns and into a state where healing can occur organically.

At VibeFIT Wellness, Laura and Fiona have woven together their approaches to offer a deeply immersive sound bath experience integrating crystal singing bowls and PEMF technology. By combining therapeutic sound frequencies with PEMF, these sessions are designed to support the nervous system in settling into a state of regulation and coherence, while gently guiding the body toward homeostasis. Through this integration of sound, frequency, and nervous system-focused care, participants are invited into a deeply nourishing experience that supports both physiological and energetic restoration.

Drawing on her background in psychotherapy and somatic work, Laura gently guides participants into deeper connection with their internal landscape, supporting the release of stored tension and the restoration of balance from within.

This event can host a maximum of 6 participants. Each of you will be provided a PEMF Therapy machine, that will be set for 60min at 8hrz for the stimulation of the theta brainwave state, matt, pillow, blankets and bolster
